Oakville – Phase 2

Coming soon, our 5,000 SF Oakville cowork space is set to launch in July 2018. The Oakville office is a short 30-minute drive from downtown Toronto, and just minutes’ walk from the Bronte GO station. Our 5,000 SF facility is fully furnished and designed by  leading Canadian architects Diamond Schmitt. The facility will feature 14 private offices, 12-14 dedicated workstations, and premium amenities like high-speed internet, free parking, free coffee, shared conference rooms, and more.

The expansion to our Oakville cowork facility will include 15,000 SF of additional space to help you grow your business, along with all the same premium amenities.

Kelowna, BC

Located in the heart of Downtown Kelowna at 1350 Saint Paul Street, alternawork is a cutting edge cowork facility. The 5400 sf office space will feature floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping mountain views. Amenities include underground parking, a full length outdoor patio, a BBQ, daily stocked kitchen and lounge, common seating areas, use of gym, an additional rooftop BBQ lounge on the 6th floor, and an in-office shower—perfect for cyclist commuters.

Enjoy being close to the lakefront, the new YMCA gym and BC Interior Health Building, as well as hip restaurants, brew pubs, and lounges like BNA Brewery, Waterfront Cactus Club, The Curious, FSH, and Perch at the rooftop of the Kelowna Innovation Center.
